Shanghai Chicmax Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) completed the issuance and allotment of 35,223 H shares under its RSU Scheme. Following this issuance, the registered share capital of the Company and the total number of shares now stand at RMB398,107,102 and 398,107,102 shares, respectively. Amendments have been made to the Company’s Articles of Association to reflect these changes, in accordance with the authorization granted at the extraordinary general meeting on 14 December 2023.

The amended Articles of Association are available on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Company’s official website. The announcement is dated 31 October 2025 in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China.
