Mr. Jiang resigned from his positions as an executive director and vice president of the company, effective the same day, as he has reached retirement age. Concurrently, his roles as a member of the Board's Strategic Planning/Sustainable Development Committee, the Board's Risk Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee (Asset-Liability Management and Investment Decision Committee), and the Board's Connected Transactions Control Committee were automatically relinquished.
