Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 603906 on the Shanghai Stock Exchange; 2465 on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong) has announced the signing of a Second Supplemental Agreement with Wuhan Cornex New Energy Co., Ltd., Xiaogan Cornex New Energy Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., and Yichang Cornex New Energy Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., all wholly-owned subsidiaries of Cornex New Energy. This agreement supplements and amends the previously signed Production Materials Procurement Cooperation Agreement and its supplemental agreement.

The new agreement extends the contract validity from April 30, 2025, to December 31, 2030, and increases the total planned supply of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials from 150,000 tons to 1.3 million tons within the same period. Based on estimated quantities and market prices (excluding customer-supplied lithium carbonate), the combined value of the original and supplemental agreements exceeds RMB45 billion, with final settlement to be determined by actual sales orders.

Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd. notes that these agreements are expected to help establish stable downstream partnerships and support its strategic development goals. The new provisions include an advance payment arrangement by the purchasers and are not expected to significantly impact the company’s current-year financial results. The company will continue fulfilling its disclosure obligations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
