United Company RUSAL, international public joint-stock company (UC RUSAL), recently issued an overseas regulatory announcement regarding the termination of direct voting rights disposal by SUAL Partners International Limited Liability Company (SUAL Partners).

SUAL Partners previously held the right to dispose of 3.51 billion votes, equivalent to 23.12% of UC RUSAL's voting shares. Following an acquisition of participation in the issuer, SUAL Partners now holds the right to dispose of 3.83 billion votes, representing 25.19% of UC RUSAL's voting shares.

According to the announcement, the relevant termination date of direct disposal rights was January 20, 2026, and UC RUSAL became aware of the changes on February 24, 2026.
