On the news front, the National Data Administration recently issued an implementation opinion on strengthening data technology innovation. The opinion points out the need to promote the efficient transformation of data technology innovation achievements. In conjunction with the "AI+" initiative, the "Data Factor X" initiative, and the construction of data circulation and utilization infrastructure, a number of high-value, widely-covered, and strongly-leading data technology application scenarios will be developed. Government departments, state-owned enterprises, leading industry companies, platform enterprises, and data trading institutions are guided to open up data application scenarios, providing "testing grounds" for technological verification. It is worth noting that the "Proposal" for the "15th Five-Year Plan" indicates the need to "accelerate the improvement of the market-based allocation system and mechanism for production factors" and "refine the basic data factor system, build an open, shared, and secure nationally integrated data market, and deepen the development and utilization of data resources." Public information shows that by the end of 2025, there were over 120 national standards in the data field, involving 19 technical documents for key areas such as data infrastructure, trusted data spaces, the national integrated computing power network, and high-quality data sets, promoting the initiation of 22 national standards.
