Prudential plc has outlined changes to its board of directors that will take effect on Mar, 4 2026. Shriti Vadera will serve as Chair, while Anil Wadhwani continues as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director.

The board will include Independent Non-executive Directors Jeremy David Bruce Anderson CBE, Arijit Basu, Chua Sock Koong, Sir Douglas Flint CBE, Guido Fürer, Ming Lu, George David Sartorel, Mark Vincent Thomas Saunders FIA FASHK, Claudia Ricarda Rita Suessmuth Dyckerhoff and Jeanette Kai Yuan Wong.

Prudential plc confirmed that Sir Douglas Flint CBE, currently designated as Chair-Designate, will succeed Shriti Vadera as Chair following the company’s Annual General Meeting on May, 28 2026.

The company also detailed membership of its five principal board committees: Audit, Nomination and Governance, Remuneration, Risk and Sustainability.
