iQiyi announced that Wang Jun has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons. He will continue to serve the company as an advisor until May 31, 2026. Background information shows that Wang Jun joined iQiyi in January 2018 and assisted the company in various major capital market transactions. He was appointed CFO in January 2022. Prior to joining iQiyi, Wang Jun's experience included serving as a Partner at private equity firm Shui Mu Group Limited and as Vice President of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited. He possesses extensive experience in U.S. and Hong Kong IPOs, ratings and bond issuances, as well as cross-border M&A transactions, with over a decade of experience in corporate finance and investment.

Zeng Ying joined iQiyi in February 2017 and has served as Senior Vice President of Finance since January 2022. Before her tenure at iQiyi, Zeng Ying worked at Baidu and eLong. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Wuhan University of Technology in July 1999 and a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from Peking University in June 2014.
