Keppel REIT (K71U) announced on Dec, 31 2025 that it has completed the acquisition of an additional one-third interest in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3.

Following the transaction, the trust’s holding in the landmark skyscraper rises to a two-third interest.

The trustee, HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, also executed a deed of termination to end the previous shareholders’ agreement for Central Boulevard Development Pte. Ltd. and entered into an amended and restated shareholders’ agreement with the remaining shareholders.
