PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk has declared a cash dividend for investors holding the “INDOFOOD CBP ID SDR 1TO2” Singapore Depository Receipts.

The payout is set at Indonesian rupiah 265 per underlying share, translating into a gross Indonesian rupiah 530 per SDR based on the 2-to-1 share-to-SDR ratio. After a 20 % withholding tax and a 1 % corporate action fee, the net amount payable stands at Indonesian rupiah 419.760 per SDR. The Depository will convert this sum into Singapore dollars at the prevailing exchange rate and announce the final figure in due course.

The SDRs will trade ex-dividend on Jul, 07 2026, with the record date on Jul, 08 2026, and payment scheduled for Jul, 31 2026. The distribution remains subject to approval at the company’s 2026 annual general shareholders’ meeting.
