Mabwell (Shanghai) Bioscience Co., Ltd. has announced that, with effect from 6 May 2026, all future corporate communications to shareholders will transition to electronic delivery in compliance with Rule 2.07A(1) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association.

Key details of the new arrangement are as follows:

1. Actionable Corporate Communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will be emailed individually. If a functional email address is unavailable, a printed copy will be mailed together with a request form to obtain a valid address for future electronic dissemination.

2. All other corporate communications will be posted on the company’s website (www.mabwell.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk). The company will no longer issue separate notices of publication; shareholders are expected to monitor the websites proactively.

3. Shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email address by completing the online form accessible via QR code no later than 6 July 2026, or by notifying the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, in writing or via email (2493-ecom@vistra.com).

4. Printed copies of any corporate or actionable communication will remain available free of charge upon written request. Each hard-copy request remains valid until the end of the next financial year unless revoked or superseded.
