S. Dragon Holdings has announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Tong Fang Catering, acting as the tenant, has entered into a provisional tenancy agreement with Goodpoint, the landlord, for the lease of a property. The agreement, effective from July 16, 2026, has a term of two years and is intended for the group to open a new Chinese-style restaurant.

The property is located at Shop Nos. G82-83 & 85, New World Centre, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with a total gross floor area of approximately 4,269 square feet.

The group is committed to diversifying its portfolio of catering businesses. Its Mong Kok restaurant is situated in a street-level shop at a prime location in Mong Kok. The Lai Chi Kok restaurant is located within a shopping mall in a well-established, upscale middle-class residential area, while the Yau Ma Tei restaurant is on the top floor of a commercial building in a bustling and convenient business district, offering unique dining experiences.

In addition to these, the new Chinese restaurant will be located in Tsim Sha Tsui East, an area dense with office buildings and hotels and featuring the renowned Tsim Sha Tsui East Promenade. This location attracts a large number of office workers and tourists, creating a strong and diverse demand for dining services.

The new restaurant will offer classic Hong Kong-style dishes, dim sum, signature items, and set menus, aiming to create a relaxed and comfortable dining atmosphere for families and tourists.

As the existing layout, facilities, and decoration of the property are largely in good condition, no major renovation is currently deemed necessary. Only minimal preparatory work is required to commence operations at this site, enabling a swift and cost-effective opening.
