On January 27, Song Xiude, Party Secretary and Director of the National Railway Administration, conducted a work survey at China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC). Dai Hegen, Party Secretary and Chairman of CRCC, held discussions and exchanges with Director Song Xiude and his delegation regarding cooperation in the railway construction sector during the "16th Five-Year Plan" period. Dai Hegen warmly welcomed Director Song Xiude and his delegation to CRCC, expressed gratitude for the long-standing care and support from the National Railway Administration, and provided an overview of the company's basic situation and the progress of railway-related work during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. Dai Hegen stated that railway construction is the primary responsibility and core business of CRCC, emphasizing the company's long-term dedication to railway engineering projects, focus on technological innovation, adherence to safety bottom lines, continuous deepening of reforms, active cultivation of new productive forces for railway development, and full commitment to serving the broader context of national railway development. Looking ahead to the "16th Five-Year Plan" period, CRCC will further leverage its own advantages and, under the leadership of the National Railway Administration, base itself on the positioning of "serving national strategies and leading industry development," proactively align with the work arrangements of the National Railway Administration, focus on network upgrades, strengthen innovation-driven development, strictly adhere to safety red lines, standardize market operations, and expand international cooperation, thereby contributing CRCC's strength to accelerating the building of a strong transportation nation.

Song Xiude expressed that CRCC is the main force in national railway construction, having inherited the "red gene" and carried forward the spirit of the Railway Corps over the years, making significant contributions to the development of the national railway industry, with achievements in reform and development that are admirable. The "16th Five-Year Plan" period is a critical time for the railway sector to take the lead and basically achieve modernization. The National Railway Administration has proposed a main work line of "strengthening supervision, preventing risks, optimizing services, and promoting development."
