Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited (Nanshan Aluminium) disclosed inside information relating to its substantial shareholder, Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Berhad (Press Metal), which holds approximately 20.62% of Nanshan’s issued share capital.

Press Metal’s unaudited results for the three months ended 31 March 2026 show:

• Share of profit from associates: RM37.40 million, down 77.9% from RM169.65 million in the same period of 2025. • The majority of this line item was contributed by Nanshan Aluminium, based on publicly available data indicating the Group supplied more than 85% of Press Metal’s associate profit for the year ended 31 December 2025.

Management highlighted that Press Metal’s figures are prepared under Malaysian accounting standards, which differ from Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards. Consequently, the data may not be directly comparable with Nanshan Aluminium’s forthcoming financial statements.

The Board advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities, noting that Press Metal’s quarterly numbers are unaudited and have not been reviewed by Nanshan Aluminium’s auditors.
