Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced the market repurchase of 85,000 ordinary shares on Jun, 30 2026.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from US$61.5 to US$61.6668, with a weighted average purchase price of US$61.5392 per share. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.

After the transaction, Jardine Matheson’s issued share capital comprises 294,398,676 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote, and the company holds no treasury shares.
