Domestic oil prices are expected to decrease as the first oil price adjustment of October approaches in just one day. Although September saw two consecutive suspended adjustments that prevented oil prices from continuing their downward trend before the National Day holiday, October's oil price trajectory has shifted from upward to downward, signaling a return to declining prices.
The upcoming oil price adjustment is scheduled for 24:00 on October 13 (Monday evening). During this round's 10-working-day statistical cycle, after 9 working days of data collection and amid recent significant drops in international oil prices, the current crude oil change rate has reached -1.37%. This indicates an expected oil price reduction of 75 yuan per ton, which translates to a decrease of 0.06 to 0.07 yuan per liter at the pump.
