The new issuance expands OSL Group’s outstanding share count from 902.27 million to 902.29 million, representing a marginal 0.002 % increase in total issued shares. All shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The exercise price was HKD 10 per share, generating approximately HKD 0.20 million in gross proceeds for the company.

OSL Group reported no movements in treasury shares and no share repurchases, redemptions, or on-market sales of treasury shares as of the reporting date.
