Welife Technology Limited (the Company, Stock Code: 1703) announced a proposed change of auditor. HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited (HLB) has resigned with effect from 2 February 2026, citing the inability to reach consensus on the audit fee for the year ending 31 March 2026. HLB confirmed that there are no matters needing to be brought to the attention of shareholders or creditors, and the Company’s board of directors and audit committee also indicated no disagreements or unresolved issues.

The board, upon the audit committee’s recommendation, resolved to appoint Global Link CPA Limited (Global Link) as new auditors, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM) in March 2026, and to serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting. The audit committee considered Global Link’s audit proposal, industry experience, independence, resources, and compliance with relevant guidelines, concluding that Global Link is independent and capable of performing a high-quality audit.
