Bilibili Inc. (ASX: 09626) has announced a new grant of restricted share units.

The company disclosed that on June 26, 2026, it issued a total of 1,890,627 restricted share units to certain group employees.

This grant was made under the company's Second Amended and Restated 2018 Share Incentive Plan. The units represent an equivalent number of Class Z ordinary shares.

The newly issued units account for approximately 0.45% of the company's total issued share capital as of the date of the announcement, calculated on a one-share-one-vote basis.
