Fulu Holdings has made its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying Annual General Meeting circular and proxy form, as well as the standalone 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report available in both English and Chinese on its corporate website (www.fulu.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are required to provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited if they wish to continue receiving future corporate communications electronically under Hong Kong Listing Rules. Until a valid email address is supplied, these holders will receive postal notifications of new publications.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents may submit a completed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or send an email request to fulu.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Each hard-copy request remains effective for one year unless revoked earlier.
