ST HLDGS (08305) rose more than 14%, extending its weekly rally to over 120%. At press time, the stock was up 12.99% at HK$0.435, with a turnover of HK$9.9982 million.

The company recently announced that all conditions under the capitalization agreement had been fulfilled, and the issuance was completed on November 27, 2025. A total of 110 million capitalization shares were allotted and issued to Mr. Xiang Congxin, a director, at HK$0.285 per share, representing approximately 6.78% of the enlarged issued share capital.

The subscription price of HK$31.35 million was offset against an equivalent outstanding amount on a one-to-one basis, resulting in no proceeds from the debt capitalization.
