CH NETCOMTECH (08071) has announced a proposal from its board of directors to implement a share consolidation. Under this plan, every 50 issued and unissued shares with a par value of HK$0.005 each will be consolidated into one consolidated share with a par value of HK$0.25 each. As of the date of this announcement, the existing shares are traded on the Stock Exchange in board lots of 5,000 existing shares per lot. Following the effectiveness of the share consolidation, the board lot size for trading on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged at 5,000 consolidated shares.
