Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SET) said Independent Non-Executive Director Mrs. Fang Ai Lian will leave the board on Jan, 28 2026 after reaching the trust’s mandatory nine-year tenure limit. She will continue to support the trust as Special Advisor.

Ms. Kuan Li Li, also an Independent Non-Executive Director, will succeed Mrs. Fang as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) from the same date.

Following the changes, the ARC will comprise Ms. Kuan (Chair), Mr. Lim Swe Guan and Mr. Christian Delaire Marie Delaire. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will be led by Mr. Delaire, while Mr. Yovav Carmi will remain Chair of the Strategy Committee.

The trust said the moves are part of its ongoing board renewal and succession planning process.
