The company announced that all conditions set forth in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, leading to the completion of the placement on January 6, 2026. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placing agent has successfully allocated a total of 38.976 million placement shares to no fewer than six placees, at a placement price of HK$0.476 per share.
