Shangri-La Asia Limited announced in its monthly return filed on Mar, 05 2026 that its authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1 each for the month ended Feb, 28 2026.

The company’s issued share count stayed flat at 3.59 billion ordinary shares, and it continued to hold no treasury shares.

Under the 2025 Share Scheme, 0.62 million award share options lapsed during the month, leaving 17.66 million outstanding awards; no new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred.
