Man Shun Group (Holdings) Limited announced that its latest corporate communications—including the 2025/26 Annual Report, a circular, and the accompanying form of proxy dated 24 April 2026—are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.manshungroup.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered holders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents can obtain printed copies at no cost. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage, and requests may also be submitted by email to 1746-ecom@vistra.com.

Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are encouraged to provide a functional email address to their intermediaries to receive electronic notices of future publications. Until a valid email is on file, these shareholders will receive printed notices of publication by post.
