Liu Dan has officially stepped into the role of general manager at Hua Yin Fund Management Co., Ltd. (Hua Yin Fund), following a senior management change announcement released on September 12. The appointment, which was greenlit during the company's third board of directors' 33rd interim meeting, has been filed with the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with standard procedures.

Liu Dan's professional background showcases a diverse mix of financial expertise. A Tsinghua University graduate with a master's degree in civil and commercial law, Liu began her career in 2005. Her early days were spent at China Construction Bank's head office, where she served as deputy director of the legal affairs department and deputy director of the wealth management and private banking department. She later moved to CCB Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., holding the dual roles of general manager of the legal compliance (audit) department and general manager of the special assets investment department, while also serving as deputy general manager at CCB Financial Investment Fund Management (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., now rebranded as CCB Financial Investment Private Fund Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Upon joining the Hua Xia Bank system, Liu Dan took on positions including deputy general manager of the investment banking department and general manager of the wealth management and private banking department at Hua Xia Bank's head office. In March 2026, she transitioned to Hua Yin Fund.

Public records indicate that Hua Yin Fund, formerly known as Beixin Ruifeng Fund, was established on March 17, 2014, with a registered capital of 170 million yuan. The company was jointly founded by Beijing International Trust Co., Ltd. and Laizhou Ruihai Investment Co., Ltd. Over the past two years, market speculation has repeatedly surfaced regarding Hua Xia Bank's potential acquisition of Beixin Ruifeng Fund. Although no official confirmation has ever been issued, the recent reshuffling of senior executives paints an increasingly clear picture of the "Hua Xia lineage" taking root at Hua Yin Fund.

In April of this year, Chen Xiuliang arrived as the new chairman of Hua Yin Fund. A seasoned veteran of Hua Xia Bank, Chen's career spans roles such as manager of the comprehensive planning office in the capital planning department, head of the first division in the audit department, secretary at the principal level, deputy general manager of the credit management department and credit review department, as well as party committee member and deputy governor of the Chengdu branch, deputy general manager of the international business department, and deputy general manager and later general manager of the asset custody department. In June, Mao Wei was appointed as the new compliance officer at Hua Yin Fund, having previously served as chief operating officer, vice president, and financial officer at Hua Xia Wealth Management. With Liu Dan now taking the general manager seat, all three core executive positions at Hua Yin Fund—chairman, general manager, and compliance officer—are now occupied by individuals with backgrounds rooted in the Hua Xia Bank system.

In response to this leadership shift, Hua Yin Fund stated that Liu Dan's appointment as general manager represents a strategic decision made by the party committee of Hua Xia Bank in light of the company's new phase of business development. With years of deep experience in finance, legal compliance, and a blend of skills spanning bank investment banking, wealth management, special assets investment, and institutional management, Liu Dan is expected to steer the team toward a sharper focus on core operations and drive the company's business into a new era of high-quality growth.
