HOME CONTROL (01747) announced that the company has established a wholly-owned limited company in Hong Kong named Orbiva Limited (the New Company). Orbiva Limited is a limited company incorporated under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and other applicable Hong Kong laws. The incorporation process was completed on September 22, 2025.

Given the growing global demand for healthcare services and the business achievements the Group has made in healthcare-related fields, combined with the Group's years of technical expertise in IoT and smart remote control areas as well as the background of the company's new directors, the Group has decided to make the newly incorporated Orbiva Limited its new strategic core to actively expand broader healthcare business operations.

While maintaining existing product-based healthcare-related business operations that will continue to operate independently under the original structure, the newly incorporated Orbiva Limited and the new brand to be launched will focus on expanding broader healthcare-related business, including AIoT-enabled home healthcare platforms and ecosystems, as well as providing healthcare operational services, achieving integration of hardware, software, data and services.

The Board maintains a positive outlook on the future development of Orbiva Limited. At the technology R&D level, Orbiva Limited is exploring joint laboratory partnerships or other suitable forms of cooperation with renowned institutions. At the supply chain level, it is advancing product definition and development discussions with several industry-leading hardware suppliers. At the ecosystem development level, it is also conducting preliminary discussions with fintech institutions regarding innovative models.

The Board expects to make progress in relevant partnerships at appropriate times and will continue to explore cooperation opportunities with potential partners in the aforementioned business directions.
