South China Finance (00619) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary sold a total of 81.88 million shares in I-CABLE COMM (I-CABLE COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED) through a series of market transactions between December 29, 2025, and February 23, 2026. The shares represent approximately 1.15% of I-CABLE COMM's total issued share capital. The total consideration for the disposal was approximately HKD 6.81 million, excluding transaction costs. The average selling price per I-CABLE COMM share was approximately HKD 0.083. The disposals were executed at the prevailing market prices of I-CABLE COMM shares. The Board of Directors believes the disposals will enhance the Group's liquidity. The Group intends to use the net proceeds from the disposals for general working capital purposes.
