Star Plus Legend Holdings Limited (stock code: 6683) announced that on 4 November 2025, its wholly owned subsidiary Star Plus IP (HK) Limited entered into a sales contract with Cloud Factory Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 2512). Under the contract, Cloud Factory will purchase 5,000 quadruped robots for a total consideration exceeding RMB100 million.

According to the announcement, Yushu Technology will handle the research, development, hardware production, and related mobile applications. Testing is scheduled for completion within the year, with mass production expected to begin early next year. The signing follows earlier sales orders for these quadruped robots on 3 November 2025, reflecting a continuation of the market’s recognition of IP-driven product development.

The contract is described as an ordinary course of business transaction, with the arrangement further integrating IP content with smart hardware to advance the “IP + Robot + AI” model. The board of Star Plus Legend believes the agreement supports future IP-related sales growth and extends the company’s IP value chain into broader real-world applications.
