IMAX China Holding, Inc. (Stock Code: 1970) has revealed that its controlling shareholder, IMAX Corporation, published its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. IMAX Corporation, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, holds approximately 71.72% of IMAX China’s issued share capital.

According to IMAX Corporation’s U.S. GAAP-based filings, third-quarter 2025 total revenues amounted to US$106.654 million, compared to US$91.452 million in the same period last year. Net income in the quarter reached US$22.616 million, of which US$20.657 million was attributable to the company’s common shareholders. For the first nine months of 2025, IMAX Corporation reported total revenues of US$285.005 million and a net income of US$43.001 million, with US$34.239 million attributable to common shareholders.

The figures provided by IMAX Corporation differ from the International Financial Reporting Standards adopted by IMAX China as a Hong Kong-listed entity. IMAX China emphasized that its own reported numbers might not be directly comparable with those of its controlling shareholder due to differing accounting standards.
