Following a dedicated meeting on high-rise fire risks, the subdistrict launched a thorough inspection campaign targeting blocked fire exits, improper e-bike parking, and charging hazards. Property management teams were urged to maintain logs and expedite rectifications. Inspection teams conducted spot checks to ensure compliance, while awareness campaigns—spanning online outreach, offline reminders, and electronic displays—amplified fire safety education ahead of the winter season.

In another initiative, Dazhuanwan Community in Yu Hong District convened a "Three Leaders & Five Members" meeting, uniting property managers, neighborhood representatives, safety monitors, and local police to address pressing issues like housing leaks, inadequate heating, and road repairs. Solutions were proposed on-site, with commitments to prompt repairs and transparent progress updates.
