The agreement focuses on creating a digital ecosystem integrating short drama content, social media, and consumption to broaden both parties’ commercial opportunities. Smart Fish Wealthlink has strategically invested in content creation and channel expansion for short dramas, and HSRJ boasts over 100 million registered users, 200,000 active communities, and 100,000 brand ambassadors. No joint venture is formed under this arrangement, and cooperation details will be governed by subsequent specific agreements between Smart Fish Wealthlink and Guangzhou Huasheng.
