On the morning of August 19, HAIDILAO recently launched its first nationwide innovative concept store in Beijing's Yizhuang district, featuring significant innovations in functionality, visual design, and dining scenarios. According to a HAIDILAO representative, the store has reconstructed its kitchen modules around "product operation processes," promoting deep integration of transparent kitchen operations with intelligent production. In terms of functional area expansion, five distinctive zones have been added: a dessert station, wine bar, children's growth area, maternal and infant room, and interactive entertainment area, creating a new ecosystem of "dining + entertainment + lifestyle."
Since 2023, HAIDILAO has begun implementing refined strategic layout, expanding around the core scenarios of hot pot restaurants to develop dining consumption formats that are closer to daily life and higher in frequency. In 2024, while establishing fundamental management guidelines for restaurants, HAIDILAO has granted more autonomy to front-line restaurants, fully encouraging differentiated operations. At the scenario level, to meet the extended needs of specific customers, HAIDILAO has successively launched various themed specialty stores including private dining rooms, premium stores, parent-child themed stores, late-night themed stores, and enterprise cooperation stores in partnership with large corporations.
HAIDILAO revealed that the innovative concept store has a unique positioning, carrying the strategic mission of exploring next-generation store models. The innovative concept store underwent two years of development, with six months alone dedicated to researching existing stores. After officially opening on August 5, the store achieved a table turnover rate exceeding 6 during its first weekend, and surpassed 7 the following weekend.
