The price surge followed the company's announcement of a substantial cash dividend distribution and positive financial performance for 2025. Shareholders approved a dividend of Rp980 billion (Rp12 per share) for the fiscal year, with part of the payment scheduled for distribution later this month. The company reported revenue growth to Rp5.9 trillion and net profit of Rp776.2 billion for 2025, demonstrating continued business expansion.

Additionally, the annual shareholders meeting approved the distribution of treasury shares at a 50:1 ratio and confirmed the company's renewed leadership structure, strengthening corporate governance for future growth.
