Yuexiu Services Group Limited released its 2025 Sustainability Report, outlining a three-stage decarbonisation roadmap aimed at full carbon neutrality by 2060. Using 2019 as the base year, the Group pledges a cumulative 19% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse-gas (GHG) emission intensity by 2030 and completed its first Group-level Scope 3 inventory, reporting 85,594 tonnes of CO₂-e across six categories.

Governance upgrades include renaming the ESG Report to “Sustainability Report” and elevating the ESG Committee to a Board-level Sustainability Committee. The Board links executive remuneration to ESG indicators such as customer satisfaction, energy consumption, health and safety, employee development and business ethics.

Key 2025 performance highlights: • S&P Global CSA score rose to 52, placing Yuexiu Services in the top 11% of its global peer group; Wind ESG rating advanced to AA. • Electricity consumption fell 3.86% year-on-year in residential projects after replacing nearly 50,000 LED lamps, saving 3.72 million kWh. • 12.00 million kWh of green power was purchased, and Group-wide smart access systems reached 100% project coverage. • Hazardous-waste intensity (per revenue) dropped 5% year-on-year; domestic-waste sorting coverage reached 98%. • RMB 58.87 million was invested in work-safety measures; 2,454 emergency drills involved 37,329 participants, with zero major safety incidents recorded. • Customer-satisfaction surveys covered 100% of residential and commercial projects, scoring 85.6 and 99.7 respectively. • Average staff training reached 52 hours; 100% of employees received safety training, and the employee turnover rate decreased to 16.32%.

Supply-chain resilience was strengthened through 100% signing of Integrity Agreements, a six-month performance review cycle and removal of 262 non-compliant suppliers from a pool of 4,346. Green procurement guidelines prioritise low-carbon materials and services.

Community and social initiatives included 2,000+ cultural activities and 1,400+ convenience services for residents, 38 “Yue+Qin” volunteer events, and RMB 20.82 million directed to charitable and rural-revitalisation projects.

The Group operates 465 projects across 44 mainland and Hong Kong cities, supported by a workforce of 9,601 employees. Yuexiu Services states that transparent governance, systematic risk control and continued digitalisation will underpin its long-term sustainability strategy.
