Yangzhou Guangling District Taihe Rural Micro-finance Company Limited (1915) announced the formation of an independent special investigation committee, initially composed of its independent non-executive directors. The group is mandated to investigate the Audit Matters referenced in earlier disclosures and may enlist additional professional advisers to assist as needed.
In line with the resumption guidance issued by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the committee engaged an external independent accounting firm to conduct a forensic investigation into the Audit Matters. Previous announcements dated 26 March 2025, 2 May 2025, 4 June 2025, 30 June 2025, 27 August 2025, and 30 September 2025 detailed the company’s delay in publishing its 2024 annual results and the 2025 interim results, as well as trading suspension developments.
Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 1 April 2025 and will remain so until the resumption guidance is fulfilled. Further updates on the investigation’s progress and findings will be disclosed when appropriate.
