Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited has released its Interim Report 2026 on both the company’s website (www.sunnyoptical.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders can access the report via the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s site and will require Adobe Reader for viewing.

Effective 31 December 2023, Hong Kong’s expanded paper-saving rules for listed companies took effect. In line with these rules, Sunny Optical has confirmed that all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically through the company’s and HKEX’s platforms. Printed copies will no longer be sent by default.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to continue receiving hard-copy materials must complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the company’s Hong Kong Share Registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or submit a request via email (iroffice@sunnyoptical.com). Actionable corporate communications—documents that require shareholder instructions—will still be distributed in printed form.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are advised to provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries to receive electronic notifications. Without a valid email on record, shareholders will need to monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites for new publications.
