The board of directors of JIANGXI COPPER (HKG: 00358) has announced its decision to reappoint audit firms for the 2026 fiscal year.

Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP has been retained as the company's domestic financial and internal control auditor.

Meanwhile, Ernst & Young has been reappointed as the company's overseas financial auditor for the same period.

This appointment of auditors is subject to approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

The appointments will become effective once they are ratified by the shareholders at that meeting.
