Three major grocery delivery platforms—Sam's Club, Hema, and Dingdong (Cayman) Limited—have announced adjustments to their service arrangements and delivery fees during the Lunar New Year holiday period.

Sam's Club stated that for orders placed between February 11 and February 24, 2026, an additional CNY 3 holiday delivery fee will be added to each online order on top of the current shipping cost. This extra charge is intended to subsidize delivery personnel who continue working during the holiday.

Hema announced that from February 14 to February 21, 2026, all orders regardless of value will be subject to a base delivery fee of CNY 6 per order. Additional charges for overweight items will continue to follow standard rates. The company noted that regular delivery fee rules will resume after the holiday period.

Dingdong (Cayman) Limited also revealed that due to tight delivery capacity during the Lunar New Year, an extra CNY 3 holiday service fee will be added to each order from 00:00 on February 15 to 24:00 on February 21, 2026 (from the 28th day of the 12th lunar month to the 5th day of the first lunar month). This fee will be applied in addition to existing charges.
