Delfi Limited announced that it will close its Share Transfer Books and Register of Members at 5:00 p.m. Singapore Time on May, 7 2026 to determine entitlement to a proposed final dividend for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

The board has recommended a final dividend of 1.72 US cents (2.15 Singapore cents) per ordinary share, pending shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Apr, 28 2026.

If approved, the dividend will be paid on May, 15 2026. Registered shareholders must ensure that any transfers reach the company’s share registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., by 5:00 p.m. on the record date. Investors holding shares through The Central Depository will receive the payment via CDP’s customary distribution process.
