(1707) has announced that Ocorian Trust (Cayman) Limited resigned from its role as the company’s registered office and principal share registrar and transfer office, effective 17 October 2025. Consequently, the office at Windward 3, Regatta Office Park, P.O. Box 1350, Grand Cayman KY1-1108, Cayman Islands has ceased to be in use as of that date.
