Skyworth Group Limited (00751) has issued a profit warning for the year ended 31 December 2025. According to information currently available and a preliminary review of unaudited consolidated management accounts, management expects profit for the period to decrease by approximately 30% compared with the previous year.

This anticipated decrease is attributed primarily to the prolonged downturn and weak sales in China’s real estate market, which led to increased impairment provisions for certain properties in the Group’s construction development business under its modern services segment. Additionally, intensified competition in the smart systems technology segment is expected to weigh on overall profitability and product gross margin.

The audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2025 are still being finalized and may differ from the unaudited estimates. The Group plans to announce its audited financials by the end of March 2026.
