On 23 October 2025, an announcement disclosed dealings in the A shares of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. under a proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement in accordance with the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

CITIC Securities Company Limited, identified as a Class (5) associate connected with the Offeror, reported two separate transactions on 22 October 2025. First, the creation of new index-tracking ETFs where the relevant securities represented less than 1% of the class in issue and less than 20% of the basket value resulted in a sale of 300 shares. The total amount received was RMB5,502.00, at a price of RMB18.34. Second, CITIC Securities engaged in dealings in pre-existing index-tracking ETFs and purchased 200 shares, paying RMB3,670.00 (RMB18.35 per share).

All transactions were made for CITIC Securities’ own account, conducted in RMB, and involved A shares of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd.
