Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. has announced adjustments to its senior management team, appointing two new Deputy General Managers.

On April 17, it was confirmed that Li Xuefeng, a member of the Executive Committee, Chief Risk Officer, and Compliance Director of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities, has been promoted to Deputy General Manager of the company. Similarly, Zhou Haichen, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Shanghai Shenyin Wanguo Securities Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Shenwan Hongyuan Research), has also been appointed as Deputy General Manager of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities.

According to official information, Li Xuefeng, male, holds a master's degree and was born in 1970, making him 56 years old. His career includes roles in enterprise management at the production department of Jiangsu Nantong Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., senior analyst in the strategy department of Shenyin Wanguo Securities Research Institute Co., Ltd., Deputy Director and Acting Director of the Research Institute of Bohai Securities Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Research and Development Center and Wealth Management Center of Guodu Securities Co., Ltd., Vice President, Board Secretary, and General Manager of the Asset Management Company of Zhejiang Securities Co., Ltd., as well as General Manager (concurrently) of the Securities Investment Division (preparatory) and Securities Investment Headquarters of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. He also served as a Director of Shenwan Hongyuan (International) Group Co., Ltd. He currently holds the positions of Executive Committee Member, Chief Risk Officer, and Compliance Director at Shenwan Hongyuan Securities.

Zhou Haichen, male, holds a master's degree and was born in 1981, making him 45 years old. His professional background includes roles as an analyst and co-director in the Consumer Goods Research Department of Shanghai Shenyin Wanguo Securities Research Institute Co., Ltd., head of the Manufacturing Research Department at the same institute, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Shenyin Wanguo Securities Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Director of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Shenyin Wanguo Innovative Securities Investment Co., Ltd. He currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., and holds the positions of Party Committee Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Shanghai Shenyin Wanguo Securities Research Institute Co., Ltd.

Official data indicates that Shenwan Hongyuan Securities was formed on January 16, 2015, through the merger of Shenyin Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd., the first joint-stock securities company in New China, and Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., the first listed securities company in China's capital market.
