The notification confirmed that Yunnan Hongta Bank had received the "Approval from the Yunnan Supervision Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration on the Change of Equity in Yunnan Hongta Bank" (Yun Jin Fu [2026] No. 93).

The approval consents to the company acquiring 914.55 million shares held by Kunming Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd.

Following this transfer, CITIC Bank holds 914.55 million shares in Yunnan Hongta Bank, representing a shareholding ratio of 14.52%.

The company has now completed the equity transfer process and has officially become a shareholder of Yunnan Hongta Bank.
