Genes Tech Group Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 8257) has issued a pink form of proxy for a Court Meeting directed by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. The meeting is scheduled for 13 February 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) at 20/F, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The pink form of proxy applies to Scheme Shareholders voting on a proposed scheme of arrangement under Section 86 of the Companies Act (2025 Revision). According to the announcement, this proposed scheme will be considered by poll, with shareholders voting either for or against the arrangement outlined in the composite scheme document dated 21 January 2026.
