Negotiations Regarding Renewal and Extension of Repayment As of 28 February 2026, total bank and other borrowings were approximately RMB3.03 billion, including defaulted borrowings totaling approximately RMB2.88 billion. One notable default involves a RMB0.58 billion loan granted by Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch to an indirect subsidiary; a pre-trial hearing for this case is scheduled on 9 March 2026. It was noted that no other creditors have exercised their right to demand immediate repayment, while the Group maintains active negotiations on renewal and extension arrangements and is also working with advisors to formulate a debt restructuring plan.

Adjust Pre-sales and Sales Activities The Group reported continuous efforts to adjust pre-sales and sales activities in response to market conditions and to accelerate sales and collection of outstanding proceeds. Aggregated contracted sales for the fourteen months ended 28 February 2026 totaled approximately RMB0.27 billion.

Continue to Seek Alternative Financing The Group remains focused on exploring diverse financing methods to meet existing financial obligations and future operating costs, including leveraging asset positions and pursuing potential assistance from government sources.
