Foundation Healthcare Holdings Limited said its stabilising manager, UBS AG Singapore Branch, purchased 2.0 million of its shares on Jul, 10 2026 to support trading following the company’s recent share offering.

UBS acquired the shares in the open market at prices ranging from 0.73 to 0.76 Singapore dollars per share. The transaction was carried out under permitted post-listing stabilisation rules.
