Spackman Entertainment Group has completed the proposed share consolidation of 100 existing shares into one, after the proposal was approved by shareholders on Apr 30.

Following the share consolidation, the company has an issued share capital of $100.5 million comprising 18,363,903 consolidated shares, and no subsidiary holdings.

Each consolidated share ranks pari passu in all respects with each other and will be traded in board lots of 100 consolidated shares.
