The board of OMNIVISION (00501) has announced that it resolved at a board meeting held on June 24, 2026, to propose the adoption of an H-share incentive plan.

The objectives of the H-share incentive plan are as follows: to provide the company with a flexible mechanism to attract, reward, motivate, retain, compensate, and/or provide benefits to eligible participants; to align the interests of eligible participants with those of the company and its shareholders by granting them the opportunity to obtain ownership interests in the company and become shareholders; and to encourage eligible participants to contribute to the company's long-term growth, performance, and profitability, thereby enhancing the value of the company and its shares for the overall benefit of the company and its shareholders.
